ecosio

Branded illustration library

The Goal: Simplify how ecosio creates visuals for marketing and sales without needing a custom illustration for every new project.

The Solution: I built a modular illustration library that allows the team to “plug and play” visual elements. I started with a standard base set purchased from a marketplace, which I then heavily customized—restyling, re-branding, and combining them into a unique, cohesive system that fits our brand identity perfectly.

  • Customized Foundations: Modified and branded a purchased icon set to create a tiered system (Simple vs. Detailed) for different channel needs.

  • Modular “Lego” Approach: Created a library of parts that can be combined to explain complex technical ideas, like our platform’s global ecosystem.

  • Operational Efficiency: This system cut design turnaround for brochures and web pages by 50% because the team no longer starts from zero.

  • Universal Consistency: Guaranteed a matching look across everything from printed sales sheets to social media ads and the company website.

Performance Marketing & Creative Iteration

The Goal: Drive high-quality leads and event registrations through a constant cycle of testing, learning, and scaling.

The Solution: I led the end-to-end creative strategy for our paid social channels, moving away from static branding to a high-velocity testing model. By analyzing real-time performance data, I identified which visual hooks—such as human-centric imagery or simplified “plain English” quotes—actually lowered our acquisition costs.

  • Data-Informed Design: Used A/B testing across four distinct campaign types (Compliance, Events, Seasonal, and Lead Magnets) to identify top-performing creative levers.

  • Creative Velocity: Developed a flexible template system that allowed us to launch multi-market, multi-variant campaigns in days rather than weeks.

  • Full-Funnel Approach: Designed tailored assets for every stage of the journey, from broad “scroll-stopping” holiday awareness to technical, high-intent buyer’s guides.

  • Tangible Impact: Successfully reduced Cost-Per-Registration for major events by over 50% by pivoting budget toward high-performing human-centric creative based on initial test results.

Figma Component Libraries

The Goal: Eliminate brand inconsistency and design bottlenecks by building a centralized “single source of truth” for all marketing and sales assets.

The Solution: I built a comprehensive Figma Component Library that standardized ecosio’s visual language. By moving away from detached files to a centralized system, I ensured that every team—from marketing to sales enablement—could access pre-approved, high-quality brand elements instantly.

  • Atomic Design Foundations: Standardized core styles including typography hierarchies, color palettes, and button states to ensure consistent UX/UI across all digital touchpoints.

  • Asset Management: Centralized critical brand assets such as partner logos, certification badges, and custom-branded icon sets, ensuring the most up-to-date versions are always in use.

  • Modular Slide & Document Kits: Created flexible, component-based templates for sales decks and technical one-pagers. This allows non-designers to build professional collateral while I maintain control over the “master” brand governance.

  • Operational Scale: By automating the repetitive parts of the design process through this library, I freed up the creative team to focus on high-level strategy and performance-driven campaigns.
