MyClava is a pre-seed startup with a mission to revolutionize the way we interact with sports through technology. As a passionate team of sports enthusiasts and tech experts, they are driven to bridge the gap between the world of sports and social media, creating a unique platform that enables small sports club managers to manage their teams, communicate with members and create events in any sports category, while also providing a direct connection between fans and their favorite teams.
At the heart of MyClava’s mission is their desire to empower small sports clubs in their communities, which often struggle with limited resources and funding. They believe that these clubs are an essential part of the fabric of any community and play a vital role in bringing people together. With this in mind, they have designed their platform to provide an additional source of income for small city clubs of any sport through advertising placements in the feed of their social platform connected to the app.
MyClava approached me at the very beginning of its development journey with just a rough concept. Their aim was to create the very first visual impression of the startup, clarify UX flows and user journeys, and draft the first possible User interface with a working prototype to show investors during pitches and presentations. We were thrilled to work with such a dedicated and innovative team, and we were able to create a brand visual identity and website design that perfectly reflected their mission and values.
To help myClava achieve its goal of creating a bridge between a social media platform and sports, we developed a user-friendly and intuitive WebApp and App UX/UI design and wireframes. My design strategy focused on simplifying the user journey and creating an enjoyable experience for the different user types. By doing so, I enabled small sports clubs to manage their teams more efficiently, connect with their fans, and create an additional source of income through advertising placements in the social platform connected to the app.
As a pre-seed startup with a unique concept in the sports industry, MyClava needed a professional and distinctive visual identity that could communicate its mission of connecting small sports clubs with their fans and enabling them to manage their teams more efficiently. I worked to design a visual identity and a consistent and modern User Interface that will allow MyClava to appear professional, modern, and recognizable to potential new investors and partners.
I faced the challenge of organizing and structuring the many ideas and features that the startup aimed to include in the MyClava web app. To overcome this, we first analyzed the requirements and created a detailed map of the user journey, identifying key touchpoints and flows. We collaborated closely with the MyClava team, presenting our wireframe version of the flows and working together to define all the details. Once the UX was established, I moved onto creating the UI design, opting for a clean and modern approach that was visually appealing and easy to navigate. I created a high-fidelity prototype of the app, incorporating all the key features and functionalities. This allowed us to test and refine the app’s design and user experience, ensuring it was efficient, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve also worked on creating a consistent and intuitive interface, aligned with the brand’s identity and vision.
